Overview
At HEAL Wellness & Innovations™ (HWI), we strive to ensure every partner, member, or customer is satisfied with their purchase. Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Window
- New, unused items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
- Defective items: Eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery
- Injectable peptides are NOT eligible for returns.
Condition Requirements
Single items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
- Unused and in original condition
- All original packaging included
- All tags and labels attached
- All accessories and documentation included
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund at the discretion of HWI.
Supplement Return Policy
Unopened Supplements
Supplement products may be returned for a refund if they are:
- New
- Unopened
- Sealed
- In resellable condition
Returns must still fall within the 30-day return window.
Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Return Only)
If you are unsatisfied with a supplement product:
- A one-time return may be accepted even if the product has been opened
- This applies only to the first return of that specific product
- Future orders of the same product will not qualify for a refund due to dissatisfaction
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Injectable products (due to medical handling and storage requirements)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- HWI swag or branded company merchandise
- Downloadable software
- Digital products (including event tickets or HEAL Access Services™ requests)
- Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale.”
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact HWI Partner Support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Photos of the lot number or serial number
- HWI will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged or defective injectable peptides are only eligible for replacement.
HEAL Wellness & Innovations™ will cover return shipping costs for defective items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact HWI Partner Support via chat, phone, or email
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
- Complete the RMA form with all required information
- Print the RMA form
- Package the item securely with:
- All original materials
- The completed RMA form
- Ship the package from an authorized shipping location
Returns submitted without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time:1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item was defective.
Policy Enforcement
HEAL Wellness & Innovations™ reserves the right to:
- Deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Request additional documentation or information related to a return.
- Issue partial refunds for items returned in damaged or non-compliant condition.
- Modify return eligibility during special promotions or circumstances.
- Adjust commission payouts impacted by returns or refunds.
Policy Updates
HEAL Wellness & Innovations™ reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the posting date.
